2. Who is it for?
Whether you’re a student, working professional, homemaker, or aspiring entrepreneur - GrrowEzy is for anyone who wants to start their own brand without the usual overwhelm. You don’t need any prior knowledge of business, tech, or design.

3. I don’t have a business idea. Can I still get started?
Yes! If you don’t know what to sell or where to begin, we help you choose the right product category, explore viable business ideas, and provide a complete launch plan - depending on the plan you choose.

4. How do I get started?
Choose a plan (Starter, Advanced, or Ultimate), fill out the onboarding form with your details and goals, and our team will take it from there. We’ll also schedule a quick intro call to align expectations.

5. What’s included in the plans?
Each plan offers different levels of service. Starter is for basic brand setup, Advanced adds strategy and content, and Ultimate gives you a full business-building experience with maximum support.

6. Do I need any design or tech skills?
Nope. We handle everything - from design to domain setup to product upload. You just need to answer questions on time and give your feedback when needed.

7. Can I sell products without GST?
GST registration is required for most product-based businesses. If you don’t have it yet, don’t worry - we’ll guide you through the process of getting your GST and help you understand the documents needed.

8. Do you help with sourcing, packaging, or shipping?
We don’t manage production or logistics. However, we can guide you on finding vendors, show you how mockups work, and help you look professional even without inventory.

9. Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. If you start with a lower plan and feel the need to scale up, you can upgrade anytime by paying the difference.

10. How long does it take to launch a brand?
Typically 2–6 weeks, depending on your chosen plan, the type of business, and how quickly you respond to requests or approvals.

11. Do you train me to manage my business?
Yes. We don’t just build your brand - we teach you how to run it. You’ll receive tutorials, guides, and practical tips to manage everything from orders to social media.

12. What is your refund policy?
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After that, our team begins working immediately, so refunds are not possible beyond that window.

13. Who is responsible after the launch?
Once your brand is launched and all services are delivered as per your selected plan, you take full ownership of your business. We’ll support you for a limited period, but long-term success depends on your action.

14. Do you guarantee profits or business success?
No. While we give you the right tools, setup, and guidance - running a profitable business depends on your effort, market conditions, and consistency. We don’t make unrealistic promises.

15. What if I delay or pause the project?
We understand delays happen. Short pauses are fine with notice, but if the project is inactive for more than 30 days without communication, we may need to reschedule your slot or charge a reactivation fee.

16. Do you offer post-launch support?
Yes. Every plan comes with support (1 to 3 months depending on the plan). You’ll get guidance, Q&A sessions, and priority help during this time. For extended support, we can arrange additional services.​

17. Who owns the logo and designs you create for me?
Once the project is completed and full payment is made, all custom designs - including your logo, brand kit, and visual assets belong to you. You’ll have full rights to use them however you like.

18. Will my brand and content be safe from copyright issues?
Yes. We create original content and visuals or use properly licensed assets. However, if you provide any third-party material (like images or taglines), it’s your responsibility to ensure they don’t violate copyright.
