Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All fees paid to GrrowEzy for any plan, add-on services, or custom work are non-refundable once payment has been made, to the extent permitted by law.
This applies even if you:

change your mind
-
decide not to continue
-
do not use the deliverables
-
delay or stop the project from your side

project termination due to abusive or unacceptable behaviour
2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in rare and exceptional situations, such as:
• serious medical emergencies affecting the client
• death of the client or key founder
• situations where GrrowEzy is unable to start or deliver the core service at all, due to reasons fully under our control.
Any refund in such cases is entirely at GrrowEzy’s discretion and may be partial or full, based on work already done and costs incurred.
3. Non-Refundable Costs
Certain costs are always non-refundable once initiated, including but not limited to:
• domain registration or renewal
• third-party app or subscription fees
• payment gateway or transaction charges
• legal document fees paid to third parties
4. Refund Method and Timeline
If a refund is approved in writing, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have any concern about our services, you agree to first raise it directly with us so we can try to resolve the matter before you initiate any chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.
If a project is paused or terminated due to abusive or unacceptable behaviour towards our team, no refunds will be issued.
