-
Provide complete and accurate information about your business vision, goals, and preferences.

Make full payments as per the selected plan and agreed scope of work.
Note: Delays in communication, input, or approvals from your side may result in project rescheduling or additional charges, especially if timelines are significantly impacted.
B. Post-Project Responsibilities

External dependencies (like domain issues or payment gateway setup).
We will inform you of any significant delays, but no compensation or penalty applies for extended timelines unless contractually agreed.

Revision limits will be defined as per the selected plan; any requests beyond that may be subject to additional charges.
2. Use of Tools & AI-Generated Content

Unless a premium template or paid asset is pre-approved by the client and covered additionally, we will use free or client-provided resources only.

We do not claim ownership of or provide licensing for stock media, AI outputs, or third-party templates unless explicitly agreed in writing with the client.

Clients must ensure that they hold appropriate rights to any third-party material they request us to use.
3. Public Perception & Social Media
-
Once the brand or content goes live, public response—whether positive or negative—is outside our scope of responsibility.
-
GrrowEzy does not provide social media management, customer engagement, or crisis/reputation handling services unless separately contracted.
-
We recommend monitoring audience feedback and evolving messaging as needed post-launch.
13. Content Ownership & Transfer
Upon full payment and final approval, ownership of all final deliverables—including logos, written content, designs, and editable/source files—will be transferred to the client.
1. Editable/Source Files
-
GrrowEzy provides editable files by default for all applicable deliverables (e.g., Canva templates, Figma designs, text drafts, etc.).
-
Clients are free to modify, adapt, or repurpose these files for their brand as needed.
-
Any third-party tools used to create such assets (e.g., Canva, Figma) may require the client to maintain their own accounts to access or edit the files.
